1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the relationship between bagh8 (hereinafter referred to as "bagh8", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User") who registers an account on, accesses, or uses any service provided through the bagh8 website at https://bagh8.app or any associated mobile interface.
By completing the bagh8 registration process, logging in to an existing account, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bagh8 Platform.
These Terms are supplemented by the bagh8 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bagh8. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.
The language of these Terms is English. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. The English version governs in all cases.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
Use of the bagh8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bagh8 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, access, wager, or receive any funds from the Platform, under any circumstances.
- You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent of another person or legal entity.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bagh8 or any of its affiliate companies, game providers, or technology partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from bagh8 or had your account permanently closed by bagh8 for a Terms violation.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your location at the time of use. You bear sole responsibility for verifying your local legal status regarding online gambling.
- You are of sound mind and not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment when registering or placing wagers.
bagh8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made and any winnings accrued on such an account will be forfeited in full. bagh8 will cooperate with relevant authorities in cases involving underage access.
3 Account Registration & Rules
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) bagh8 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bagh8 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity.
When registering your bagh8 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process or during subsequent identity verification. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bagh8 account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bagh8 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to protect your login details.

bagh8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account holder has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bagh8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bagh8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, which are subject to change at the Platform's discretion:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from unauthorised fund transfers. bagh8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Players must have satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to active wagering requirements will result in the request being held until requirements are met, or the bonus portion being voided if the player chooses to forfeit the bonus.
bagh8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile money operators. Processing times stated above are estimates based on typical conditions and are not guarantees.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
bagh8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, leaderboard tournaments, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season.
All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. The general principles governing all bagh8 bonuses are as follows:
- One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to meet requirements within the stated validity period results in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

- Bonus Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and free spins expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
- Cashback Offers: Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses during the specified period. Cashback funds may carry their own wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion.
6 Betting & Game Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the bagh8 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet before confirming placement. bagh8 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have been confirmed and are in progress or settled.
For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ODIs, Test matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and all other sports offered on the Platform:
- Minimum Bet: ৳20 per selection on sports markets; minimum varies by game type in casino products.
- Bet Acceptance: bagh8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where the in-play service has been suspended.
- Voided Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets on that event will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned) unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules.
- Live Betting: In-play betting odds are updated in real time. Slight delays between live events and displayed odds are inherent in the system. bagh8 is not liable for bets placed based on information obtained from a delayed broadcast.
- Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) operated by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.). bagh8 does not alter game outcomes. Any malfunction in a game voids all pays and plays for that round.
- Maximum Payout: The maximum single-transaction payout from any casino game or sports bet on bagh8 is subject to a cap as stated in the specific game or market rules. Where a payout exceeds the stated cap, only the capped amount will be credited.
bagh8 records all betting activity. Logs are treated as the definitive record of transactions in the event of any dispute. In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect payout, bagh8 reserves the right to recover the erroneously credited amount from the player's account.
7 Responsible Gaming
bagh8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms of problem gambling. The following tools and policies form part of bagh8's formal Responsible Gaming framework:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
- Temporary Time-Out: Players may request a temporary time-out period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which their account is locked and no betting activity is permitted.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the bagh8 Platform may do so at any time. A self-exclusion request submitted to bagh8 support will be processed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bagh8 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity or payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform in any way.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, abusing promotional terms in a manner not intended by bagh8, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
- Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on any sporting event based on insider information regarding the outcome, or participating in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or sports corruption.
- Money Laundering: Using the bagh8 Platform to process, layer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activities. bagh8 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
- Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary users through the standard interface.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider after deposits have been confirmed and used on the Platform.
- Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward bagh8 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
9 Limitation of Liability
The bagh8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bagh8 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant or guarantee that:
- The Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or downtime;
- All information displayed on the Platform (including odds, scores, and statistics) will be entirely accurate or current at all times;
- The Platform will be free from technical errors, viruses, or other harmful components;
- Any specific game, betting market, or payment method will remain available indefinitely.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bagh8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
bagh8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bagh8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bagh8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
bagh8 is not responsible for any third-party services accessed through the Platform, including but not limited to payment processors, game studios, data feed providers, or live streaming services. Any disputes with third-party providers must be directed to those providers directly.
10 Amendments & Termination
bagh8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, bagh8 will notify active players via on-site notification or email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the bagh8 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].
bagh8 may terminate or suspend access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: maintenance, security concerns, regulatory requirements, or a player's breach of these Terms. Where termination is the result of a breach, bagh8 reserves the right to retain any outstanding balance in the player's account as a penalty in accordance with the specific breach provisions outlined in these Terms.
Upon voluntary account closure initiated by the player (and where no active investigation or pending withdrawal is in progress), any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be disbursed to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and good faith. Any disputes arising between a player and bagh8 that cannot be resolved through the support team shall be escalated through bagh8's formal dispute resolution process.
